There are times and seasons in the life of every Christian faith believer when God will allow you to go through some hard places in order to get you to the next level. God knows how much you can bear and He knows the process of getting you through any “valley” experience to the next level of your destiny. God is working on things you can’t see at this point of your life. According to Romans 8:28, you can believe that “… all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.” If you have been called, that means he is working on your behalf.
The devil wants you to get detached and start to panic. His job is to destroy your faith and strip you so hard that you may think you can’t find your way back. Everything that looks like a stripping may not be a stripping. Stop looking at your circumstances by seeing too many demons instead of seeing Jesus. Cut off that MTV and the “booty” music and create an atmosphere that welcomes the presence of God.
The second step is to see your circumstances through the eyes of heaven and not to the natural eye. What looks like a living hell is only God’s process to get you to the next level. It’s unfamiliar territory for you, but not for God.
The book of Genesis tells us about the life of Joseph who transitioned from the pit, to slavery, to prison and finally to the palace. God sees your problem and has not delivered you out of it yet for a reason. He will cause you to be stretched in the process, like He did with Joseph. He will push you out of one place to make you move on to another dimension. You’ll learn new things in the process that you would have never learned otherwise. It’s a process to get you ready for the next level.
Thirdly, go with the flow and don’t fight God’s process. He alone knows more about your future than you. God will be with you at the grocery store, at the court, at the bank, at the hospital, at the office or the classroom What the world says is a tragedy, it is a process to make you stronger and wiser. Don’t panic and fight the process because you are not alone. . Instead of saying you are losing some things, say that you gave those things to God! “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” I Corinthians 2:9.
